How long does a typical project take from kickoff to launch?
We work with teams on a case by case business. We've done 1 week projects. We've done 1 year projects.
Our typical is 2 months.
What’s included in a monthly retainer, and how flexible is the scope?
Before we start working we agree upon a certain deliverable/output. Whether that's creating Clay tables, running a UGC campaign, getting user data etc.. Scope is totally flexible. We're here to help!
Can we switch from a one-off project to a retainer later on?
Yes, you can switch at any time and any remaining project fees will be credited.
Who will be on our dedicated team, and how will we collaborate day to day?
You'll be working with either Cornellius or Anmol on a day to day basis. We have a team of 10 consultants that we interchangeablely staff on each of our projects. Before we start working we'll present you with the profiles in order to staff.
How is billing handled if we pause work, add scope, or need to scale up?
Billing is monthly, and we work as a 1099
